We will document and collect the site-specific documents identifying the potential sources of stormwater pollution, described stormwater control measures, to reduce or eliminate the identified pollutants, and identifying procedures operators will implement to comply with specific permit conditions. The most common circumstances for providing a SWPPP is to address stormwater pollutants during construction activities.
